Deterioration monitoring and escalation protects your residents health by identifying when there is a change in their condition – and escalating accordingly.
If there is a change in the resident’s NEWS2 score, the patient will automatically be added to an escalation pathway, which triggers timely alerts to ensure the resident is monitored and given the care they need, when they need it – helping prevent hospitalisations.
